The commercial truck was booked in and left with us at our factory in Gloucestershire, for us to accurately measure and manufacture the truck tarpaulin. We measured the frame and created a computer pattern which was cut out on our 18m long industrial cutting machine. The tarpaulin was made in strong brown 610gsm PVC fabric to go with the truck’s traditional brown paintwork. The bottom edges were double hemmed, eyeleted and secured to the truck with 10mm polypropylene rope.
The result offers the functionality the customer needed and is in keeping with the vans existing traditional aesthetic.
