Enjoy a gazebo with sides by installing side panels, panels can be custom made in traditional canvas or PVC fabric to suit your structure and requirements. We can build in zipped access doors, and clear PVC windows for long lasting crystal clear visibility.
Our preferred fixing method is to add pockets along the top and bottom edges of the panel to take a top timber batten and bottom pole (these are built into the panel). The top timber batten is fixed with stainless steel screws and washers, it provides stability and a continuous waterproof connection between fabric and frame. The bottom pole weighs down the panel evenly and adds stability to create a taut finish in all weather conditions, preventing any unwanted flapping. It also makes it easy to roll up the panel by hand, it provides support for a smooth roll without any creases.
Marine grade turn buttons are set in reinforced hems on the side edges of the panel. They are frequently spaced no more than 350mm apart for strength. The turn buttons are easy to use – simply turn by hand to lock and release. We’ll supply the turnable parts for you to fit to your posts with stainless steel wood screws. Quick release roll up straps allow you to easily secure the panel in the rolled up position instantly transforming your structure into a bright open space.

We stock a multitude of PVC coated fabrics – offering a range of PVC fabric weights, colours, and finishes (inc lacquered gloss, matt, textured, and fire retardant). We generally use 680g/m² PVC coated polyester fabric for PVC side panels.
