Design Features

  • Manufactured in 900g/m² PVC coated polyester fabric
    This material has a larquered gloss finish and UV protection on both sides. It is extremely hardwearing and available in an extensive range of colours.
  • Digitally printed livery
    High quality images and graphics are digitally printed directly onto the truck curtains fabric to provide maximum visual effect.
  • Stainless steel over centre locking buckles & straps
    Locking buckles secure the bottoms of the curtains to the trailer. They are also used to generate tension in the curtains. Buckles are bolted to the reinforcement bands on the curtains and the straps are secured to the bottom of the trailer rave.
  • High-quality runners
    We stock a variety of runners to suit different types of tracking. New runners are tested inside the tracking to ensure they move smoothly along.
  • Reinforcement bands
    50mm wide PVC coated webbing is high frequency welded vertically on the inside of the vehicle curtain at 600mm centres to provide strong fixing locations for buckles and runners.
  • Measuring, fitting & repair service
    Taking a full-service approach, measuring and fitting can be arranged where required to provide a complete end-to-end service.

We can supply curtains for new vehicles or replacement curtains for existing vehicles. truck curtains are manufactured in heavy-duty 900g/m² PVC coated polyester fabric. This material has a lacquered gloss finish and UV protection on both sides. It is extremely hardwearing and well suited for use in extreme weather conditions.
