680g/m² PVC coated fabric is a functional waterproof fabric with a high-quality lacquered gloss finish, ideal for this type of trailer tarpaulin. 8mm bungee cord was used to secure the trailer tarpaulin, it was passed through brass eyelets in the reinforced hem of the tarpaulin and fastened to hooks on the side of the trailer.
Ten different sized clear 0.5mm thick PVC window panels were cut to match the angled framework. All panels were joined together using high frequency welding equipment to create completely water proof welded seams.
