We prefer to deliver and install all of our Canvas Lodge structures ourselves, some of the components are very heavy-duty and our experienced team are able to efficiently install your Canvas Lodge structure for you. For the best possible service, please contact us for details and prices before purchasing.
Collection
If you would prefer to install yourself, you’re more than welcome to collect from our Gloucestershire factory for free.
Delivery By Courier
Delivery ONLY charge to UK mainland (excluding Scottish highlands) is £300 + VAT.
Delivering timber is costly, our Canvas Lodge structure is constructed from continuous lengths of timber (no joins) for strength and some lengths can be up to 5 metres long. Each Canvas Lodge is carefully packed on an extra long pallet (taking up to 4 pallet spaces) and delivered by a courier on a next working day service.
We will contact you to organise a suitable day for delivery, you will need to ensure that a several fit people will be in at the delivery address you provide when your Canvas Lodge is delivered. You will need to unload the delivery vehicle with the help of the delivery driver. If you have any concerns about access for a large commercial 26 tonne delivery vehicle, please let us know, we can request that your wooden gazebo kit is delivered by a smaller 7.5 tonne vehicle instead.
Some locations are not available for delivery. If you live in a remote location please get in touch before making a purchase.
Lead Time
All canvas lodge tents are made to order at our Gloucestershire factory. The standard lead time for a standard structure is 8 weeks.
Once we have received your order, we will keep you updated with progress and nearer the date we will confirm a day for your delivery.

Surcharges apply for deliveries to: Northern Ireland, Rep of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands. If you place an order we will contact you to let you know what this charge is, and you can decide whether or not to go ahead.

What is your manufacturing lead time?
Once the design and measurements have been confirmed, products normally take around 2 weeks to manufacture depending on the scale of the product and current order levels. Please contact us for exact lead times.

Which courier company do you use?
For small orders – parcels under 30kg in weight and 1m in length we use DPD.
For large orders – parcels over 1m in length we use DX Delivery.
For Pallet deliveries we use Freight Movement.
