Collect from our Gloucestershire factory for free or the standard delivery charge to UK mainland (excluding Scottish highlands) is £150 + VAT.
Delivering timber is costly, our gazebos are constructed from continuous lengths of timber (no joins) for strength and some lengths can be up to 4 metres long. Each gazebo is carefully packed on an extra long pallet (taking up to 4 pallet spaces) and delivered by a courier on a next working day service.
All gazebos are made to order at our Gloucestershire factory. The standard lead time for a wooden gazebo is 6 weeks. We will contact you to organise a suitable day for delivery, you will need to ensure that a fit person will be in at the delivery address you provide when your wooden gazebo kit is delivered. You will need to unload the delivery vehicle with the help of the delivery driver. We recommend that you invite some friends over to assist with the unloading and building of your gazebo. If you have any concerns about access for a large commercial 26 tonne delivery vehicle, please let us know, we can request that your wooden gazebo kit is delivered by a smaller 7.5 tonne vehicle instead.

What is your manufacturing lead time?
Once the design and measurements have been confirmed, products normally take around 2 weeks to manufacture depending on the scale of the product and current order levels. Please contact us for exact lead times.

Which courier company do you use?
For small orders – parcels under 30kg in weight and 1m in length we use DPD.
For large orders – parcels over 1m in length we use DX Delivery.
For Pallet deliveries we use Freight Movement.
