Our client assembled one of their impressive 28ft diameter handcrafted wooden frames inside our Gloucestershire factory for us to accurately patten, plot and manufacture the canvas yurt cover. The roof panels were accurately cut out to the pattern of the steam bent roof ribs and joined together on our industrial twin needle sewing machine. The canvas walls were made in four 20ft sections and joined together with eyelets and lacing cord to cover the trellis walls. A double layer PVC fabric mudflap was sewn all around the bottom edge of the canvas wall sections to direct rain water away from the yurt. We also trimmed and finished the yurt canvas to fit around the solid wood door frame, the yurt cap was made in clear PVC fabric to let in plenty of light and fitted the roof perfectly.
Attwoolls Manufacturing has a wealth of experience in making yurt covers, each yurt cover is hand made to the highest of standards and will provide you with the protection you need.
