The lorry called into our yard in Gloucestershire to be measured up for the side curtains. We spent about an hour accurately measuring both sides of the lorry for a set of bespoke printed curtains. We can either measure the vehicle for you (if you bring the vehicle to our Gloucestershire factory) or assist you in taking measurements yourself, we won’t proceed to the manufacturing stage until the design and measurements have been approved.
As soon as the measurements had been approved, we sent the client a drawing with printing guidelines so they could produce the livery. The client sent us a pdf file with the livery set-up correctly and detailed the colour refs for the logos and text.
The livery was digitally printed onto heavy duty, light grey 900gsm PVC fabric and the vehicle side curtains were manufactured to the highest of standards. We fitted the side curtains to the lorry and all went smoothly as expected. The project took about 4 weeks to complete from measuring to fitting.
