The tilt cover was designed to be fully removable, combining with the existing collapsible frame to provide load versatility. The bespoke tilt cover was made in durable 680g/m² PVC coated polyester fabric, this fabric weight is ideal for this type of removable cover, using a heavier fabric may result in the cover becoming too heavy to handle.
TIR cable lacing was used on all four corners/sides to keep the cover taut horizontally and provide security. TIR turnable staples were added on the bottom edge to enable a positive turnable lock and were used in conjunction with TIR cord and TIR cable end closers to help secure the cover. Anti-billow straps fastened the cover to the frame. Reinforcing strips were welded to the inside of the cover where the cover touched the frame.
