We manufactured the curtains from 900gsm 2×2 PVC coated polyester fabric with a high gloss lacquered finish, this material is extremely hardwearing and well suited for use in extreme weather conditions. The lacquered gloss finish makes the fabric easy to clean and protects the ink from UV exposure.
The livery was set-up and sent to us in pdf format, then digitally printed onto the hardwearing PVC fabric by our printers. We welded white PVC webbing straps vertically at 600mm centres down the length of the curtains and one horizontally 450mm up from the bottom edge. High-quality stainless steel locking buckles were bolted to the webbing straps and provide a secure fastening to the rave.
Runners were fitted to suit the existing tracking on the lorry and bolted to reinforcement webbing straps on the tension curtains. We stock a variety of runner styles and can easily source special runners for non-standard tracking. Pockets were added to the ends of the curtains to take 38mm diameter poles.
