The railing covers provide protection from wind and rain. They are used to prevent the fallen leaves from blowing/building up inside the covered play area.
The railing covers were manufactured in various length (25m total) to fit the railings. They are made in strong and waterproof 680gsm PVC coated polyester fabric with 12mm inner diameter brass eyelets all round at 500mm intervals. The covers are tensioned taut and secured to the railings with cable ties.
