The pergola side panels were designed to be fitted to the inside of the timber posts and house wall. 70mm wide reinforced flaps were added to the sides to allow the panels to be turn-buttoned to the inside of the pergola posts. Marine grade (DOT brand) turn buttons were set in the reinforced sides and spaced 350mm apart for strength. Colour coordinated beige roll up straps allow the side panels to be neatly secured in the rolled-up position.
The client was really pleased with final result, the pergola side panels are in keeping with structure’s existing design aesthetic and create garden room which can be used year-round.
