We were asked to design and manufacture a batch of ten canvas covers for steel frames which attach to the rear of a military vehicles. The fitted canvas tarpaulin measured L5m x W2.5m x H2.5m and was made in traditional beige 407gsm polyester/cotton canvas for breathability.
We used brass eyelets and polyester lacing on the corners to allow each side to be opened/closed and easily rolled up. Matching beige webbing ties were used to secure the sides in the rolled-up position.
