We can either supply and install the complete lean-to structure (including timber frame) for you or work from your dimensions and develop a bespoke canvas canopy solution for your self-built or existing structure. Feel free to contact us prior to designing and fabricating your framework, we have experience in advising customers on the design. It is important to design your canopy with sufficient angle or pitch for rainwater to runoff. We normally advise 15 degrees minimum, please bear this in mind.
This project required a design that would both complement and enhance the character of the old stone building and deck area. The bespoke canvas canopy was made in beige 407g/m² polyester/cotton canvas, this fabric provides a stunning traditional finish whilst offering durability and longevity. The canopy was fixed along the top and side edges with keder and awning rail, an aluminium pole and adjustable ratchet straps were used on the bottom edge to tension the canvas canopy. Roll up canvas side panels were made as well; the full result offers the functionality the customer required and is in keeping with the structure’s existing design aesthetic.
