The covers needed to fit the unique shape of the steel frame, be easy to fit & take off and be able to endure high winds and rain.
The framework was assembled at our Gloucestershire factory for us to accurately measure. We produced an artwork set-up drawing for the client to use as a guide to create the artwork. The colourful artwork was digitally printed onto 680gsm PVC fabric then cut out on our automated cutting machine. The panels were sewn together and strong webbing straps were added to tension the kiosk cover to the frame.
We received the following feedback from our client.. “We used the kiosks in anger at the weekend and I thought they looked great. The changes you made to the strapping worked really well and kept them taut -despite the wind and rain endured!”
