Our client fabricated and installed the steel framework to a specified design by a structural engineer. We manufactured a 9.1m x 6.6m white 680gsm PVC fabric canopy in accordance with the structural engineer’s design and it fitted perfectly on the framework to provide a large covered storage area.
The sides of the industrial canopy were tensioned with 25mm cam buckle straps at 500mm intervals. Front and rear pockets were built in to accept steel scaffold poles, reinforced cut outs were made in the pockets so the canopy could be secured to the framework with custom made ratchet straps. The adjustable ratchet straps ensure that canopy remained taut, the industrial canopy is designed to endure the harshest of weather fronts the UK can throw.
