The customer wanted the made to measure trailer cover to be extra strong as it was going to be on the road regularly, so we made it to the highest specification. Eight rows of 50mm wide PVC webbing were welded across the width of the cover to reinforce the specifically positioned fixing points. We used twelve stainless steel heavy-duty lorry locking buckles (normally used on lorry tension curtains) to fix and tension the toughened cover. Extra reinforcing was welded on wear points and TIR turnable staples were used to fasten the corners and allow for each side to be opened individually.
The result is an extremely well made, vibrant trailer cover that will stand the test of time.
