The heavy-duty gazebo side panels provide protection from all weather conditions to create an enclosed outside play area. They were manufactured in mid blue 680g/m² PVC coated polyester with 0.5mm clear PVC fabric windows welded in. Extruded aluminium awning rail was screwed to the top of the timber structure and keder was welded along the top edge of each fabric panel. The keder edge then slides inside the channel of the rail forming a smooth continuous waterproof connection between fabric and rail.
Bottom pockets allow for a round timber dowel to tension the bottom of each panel. The sides were fixed with stainless steel turn buttons (that screw into the timber uprights) allowing the heavy-duty side panels to be rolled up when required and secured with straps.
