The loaded trailer was left at our Gloucestershire factory for us to accurately measure and pattern. The shape of the load was reflected in the cover design to eliminate excess material as much as possible and minimise any unwanted flapping on the road. Intricate rear sleeves were tailored to the exact shape of the load and welded into position. Lacing cord was passed through hooks on all four corners to tension the trailer cover horizontally. We were diligent in our attention to detail to ensure that the cover fitted perfectly.
