We were tasked with supplying a large bespoke trailer cover for a trailer with a sloped front. The trailer was dropped off at our factory in Gloucestershire for us to accurately measure. We produced a quick sketch of the framework and added the necessary dimensions, we were then able to plot the trailer cover on the computer. The cover was split into several panels in order to maximise the full width of the fabric. The panels were cut out in-house on our state-of-the-art CNC cutting machine. These panels were then high frequency welded together to form waterproof seams and boxed corners. Reinforcing was added on the stress points and special cut outs were included on the rear of the trailer cover. Black 8mm bungee cord and specifically positioned eyelets were used to tension the cover to the trailer.
