The bespoke outdoor blinds were made to measure to fit the openings of the veranda, ensuring a neat and integrated installation. When lowered, the blinds help shield the space from direct sunlight and light wind, while still allowing the area to feel open and connected to the garden. When not required, they can be easily rolled up and secured to keep the structure fully open.
Durable PVC outdoor fabric was used for the blinds, chosen for its weather resistance and ability to withstand regular outdoor use. The fabric panels were cut to size and reinforced along the edges to improve strength and longevity. Timber battens were incorporated along the top and bottom edges to provide structure, with the lower pole adding weight to help the blinds hang smoothly and remain stable in light wind.
